SAN DIEGO – Early this morning, the U.S. Navy became aware that some phone services to Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake experienced an interruption due to the theft of fiber optic and copper cabling in San Diego County.
All phone services to China Lake have been restored and there is no other impact to communications capabilities in the Southwest Region, including San Diego installations.
